## About Kindling

Kindling is the operating system for Advocacy-Led Growth. It's the platform my team and I are building to make everything described in this book operationally real.

The platform is organized around the four functions from Chapter 10, and our productized services carry the same names. Source & Verify handles finding customer advocates and confirming they're real, because verification is the credibility mechanism. Activate & Produce covers onboarding, the brief library, transparent rate cards, fast content review, and compensation through Stripe Connect. Distribute covers organic publication, Thought Leader Ad amplification, and getting advocate content into the hands of your sales team. Measure & Attribute covers reach, engagement, earned media value, and the pipeline influence case that earns the program its budget.

If you build your program yourself using this book, you'll be running those same four functions with your own tools. If you evaluate Kindling or anyone else, evaluate against them.

We also offer done-for-you consulting engagements for companies that want to stand up an ALG program with hands-on operational support. These engagements run 90 to 180 days and include everything from strategy development through full program handoff with documented operational procedures.

If the framework in this book connected with you, I'd love to talk. You can book a conversation at:

**kindlinghq.com**

This book lives online at **advocacyledgrowth.com**, chapter by chapter, with a PDF available for anyone who prefers to read it that way. If you found value here and you're not ready for a conversation, the best thing you can do is share it. Send the link to a founder or a marketing leader who's wrestling with the same problems. Post about it on LinkedIn, and say what you actually think.

That, after all, is advocacy.
